Rajma(Red Kidney Beans) ingredients: Red Kidney Bean (Rajma) 2 cup Turmeric pinch Oil 1/4 cup Green chilli 1 Garlic 4-5 Ginger an inch Red chilli powder 1 cup Onion Chopped tomatoes 3 Chopped water Salt to taste Garam Masala 1 tsp Coriander Leaves small bunch Butter Rajma Masala. Soak rajma (Red Kidney Beans) in water overnight. Pressure cook rajma until soft. Take some chopped onion,tomatoes and green chilli. Grind it in mixie along with ginger and garlic and make paste. Heat oil in a pan.fry onion gently in oil until brown.add the left tomatoes& at last add the paste and fry on medium heat until golden brown . Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add water enough to make thick gravy. Bring the gravy to boil. Add cooked rajma along with the water in which it was cooked. Stir well and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Add butter & Rajma Masala when it cooked. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve rajma hot with Rice & Chappathi . It is Indian recipe famous for Party food item, Could be served to guests at home,in weekend.
