Pasta

 

Ingredients:Pasta- 200 gms
Onions - 2
Beans - 30 g
Carrot - 1
Tomato - 2
Coriander Leaves - 2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tbsp

 Method: 
Cook pasta separately in boiling water for 4-6 min. Chop onions, carrot, beans, coriander leaves and tomatoes. Heat oil and fry onions and chopped vegetables. When onions turn brown, add tomatoes. When the vegetables are well cooked, add cooked Pasta, salt, pepper powder and mix well. Remove from heat and serve this hot indian food recipe of pasta with cucumber, tomato and onion rings.
