Masala dosa ingredients:- Rice grain - 1 cup Parboiled rice - 1 cup White urad dal (black gram without cover) - 1/4 cup Salt to taste Filling for masala dosa:- Boiled potatoes - 3 Onions (chopped) - 1 Green chilies (chopped) - 3 Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp Oil - 1 tbsp Salt to taste method:- Soak rice and urad dal in water for few hours. Grind the soaked rice & gram to a fine paste. Add salt in it and keep the batter aside for few hours (5-6). Heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek seeds. Add onion and green chilli and fry till brown. Add boiled potatoes and salt to it. Cook for 2 minutes and garnish with coriander leaves. Heat a greased dosa pan, keep little batter on the pan, spread it and sprinkle some oil on the dosa. Put one spoon of filling, fill in the center & roll the dosa. Serve hot masala dosa with indian recipe of sambhar and coconut chutney.
