ingredients:-
Yogurt - 1 cup
Carrots (grated) - 1/4 cup
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Rosted cumin seeds (powdered) - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
method:-
Beat the yogurt to get smooth consistency. Add salt, pepper powder and roasted cumin powder and mix well. Add grated carrots and mix. Heat oil in a pan and mustard seeds.fry for a minute till it begin to splutter, remove the pan from heat. Add this to the curd mixture. Garnish carrot raita with chopped coriander leaves and serve chill.
