Potato chaat

 

 ingredients 

Potatoes (peeled) - 3
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Tamarind chutney
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Chopped coriander leaves and onion for garnish.

Cut potatoes into a large pieces. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry potatoes, till golden brown and cooked through. In a bowl, place the fried potatoes and toss with red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala. Add lemon juice, tamarind chutney according to taste and toss to coat evenly. Serve this indian food recipe of potato chaat with toothpicks and garnished with coriander leaves and chopped onion.
