ingredients:-
All purpose flour (Maida) - 1 kg
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Dry yeast - 1 tbsp
Nigella seeds - 1 tsp
Milk - 200ml
Warm water - 200 ml ( as per need)
Yoghurt - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Oil or butter - 3 tbsp
Salt - 2 tsp (to taste)
method:-Mix the flour, salt, nigella seeds and baking powder into a large bowl. Add sugar, milk and oil or butter to it. Knead the flour adding warm water if needed to make it soft. Cover and let dough rise 2 hours. Take a small ball and make flat naans on a floured board. Put the naan in oven at high temperature under grill for 1 minute ( until golden brown). Serve hot naan with indian recipe of chole, rajma or any of the paneer vegetable( as per your wish).
