poori with chole kurma

 

ata -2 cups chole 1 cup
salt -1/2 spoon garam masala 1 spoon
water ginergarlic paste
aloo 2,onions chopped
mirchi powder 1 spoon
oil 2 spoons
preparation:

soak the chole thorugh out the night,mix the aata with litle bit of water and salt and keep aside.
now boil the chole after it boils take a bowl and add oil in it.add onions in it fry untill it browns.after that add chopped aloo &fry up to 1 minit and add mirchi powder and water.we have to cook untill aloo boiles and finally add chole ,salt in it
