Pickle ingredients:
Carrot (cubed) - 1 cup
Radish (cubed) - 1 cup
Green chillies (chopped) - 5
Mustard powder - 3 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
method:
Mix well all the above ingredients and keep in the sunlight for 4-5 hours. The indian recipe of instant winter pickle is ready to eat and can be stored for few days more if kept in the refrigerator.
