Yogurt - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Green chillies - 3
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Rosted cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
method
Cut onion, green chillies and tomato into small peices. Now,beat yogurt and add onion, tomato, green chillies, rosted cumin powder and salt.
Now heat oil and add mustard seeds and let them crackle and turn off and let it cool. Pour over the raita and garnish this indian food with chopped coriander and serve it with rice.
