ingredients:-Potato - 4
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Shreded coconut - 2 tbsp
Cashewnuts (Chopped) - 1 tbsp
Cardamom (Powdered) - 1 tsp.
Method:-
Peel and grate potatoes. Boil in milk till tender and thick. Mash well. Add ghee, cashewnuts, cardamom and shreded coconut and mix well. Add sugar and when it begins to leave the pan remove from fire. Garnish this indian recipe aloo halwa with shreded coconut and serve hot in a plate.
