Paneer palak recipe

 
 ingredients


  • Paneer - 200 gms

  • Spinach - 1 kg

  • Garlic (chopped) - 2-4 flakes

  • Ginger (chopped) - 1"

  • Tomatoes - 3

  • Green chilli (chopped) - 2

  • Tumeric powder - 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp

  • Dry mango powder (amchoor) - 1/4 tsp

  • Oil - 4-5 tbsp

  • Salt to taste
method

Cut and wash the spinach. Heat oil and fry ginger, garlic and green chilli. Add spinach and cook for few minutess. Add salt, tumeric powder, and red chilli powder. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook till dry. Add Paneer and amchoor powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes. And you are all set. This indian food of paneer palak bhujia is ready to serve. Serve hot paneer palak  with rotis.
