Jaljeera

 
Jaljeera is one of the most famous, light and suitable indian recipe for summer. It is taken across all parts of indian subcontinent. In general, Jaljeera is very good for stomach. It is an easy-to-make recipe that anyone and everyone should be able to prepare. Try out indian recipe of Jaljeera one of these days

 ingrediants:


  • Mint leaves - 1 small bunch

  • Coriander leaves - 10-12

  • Lemon juice - 1tbsp Jal

  • Jeera Powder - 1tsp

  • Black salt to taste
 method:

Put both the mint leaves and coriander leaves in blender to make paste. Then add 2 cups of coldwater, black salt and jal jeera powder. Add lemon juce. Stir well the mixture. Pass through Strainer to remove the leave remainings and serve chilled Jaljeera.
