Mexican salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup prawns
- 1/2 cup pasta
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1 cup papaya
- 1/2 cup belly peppers
- 1/2 cup cabbage
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/2 cup pine apples
- 5/6 tbsp paslay
- 1/4 cup spring onion(only freen part)
- 1/4 cup peeled apples
- 1/2 cup boil potatoes
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 6 tbsp grind almonds (soak in warm water and peel the skin)
- salt as req
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
Directions
- Clean the prawns and wash them.
- Marinate prawns with black pepper, chiilie powder and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
- Heat a oil in a pan and fry prawns.
- Take a bowl and put all vegetables, fruits, cream cheese, mayonnaise, prawns and white pepper & almonds powder.
- Mix it very well and serve it.
